Do I have to use Renna?
No. The classic way via email and phone works too. But clients who try Renna don't go back to email.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes, Renna is fully responsive. You can check project status from your phone too, including chat and design approvals.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Access is protected by login, transfers are encrypted and each client sees only their own projects. We handle data in line with GDPR. We don't sell data and only share it with providers Renna can't run without (details in our Privacy policy).
Who answers me in Renna?
Renna AI gives the first answer instantly. For more complex matters, a team member joins in. You always see who's writing.
How do I log in?
You can create an account yourself with email or Google, or we'll set one up for you with your first project. You log in with email and password or with your Google account. Renna runs in the browser, there's nothing to install.
